Cedric Dotson was the Best salesman. From start to finish. He did all the leg work over the phone before we even had to come to the lot. We were in and out with our brand new 2026 Corolla in less than 2 hours. Everything was red carpet treatment. You must call Cedric today!!!! First free 5,000 mile service. They called me.... I literally drove they registered me and 45 min later I was ready to go. Roasted tires etc. Sent a video of my inspection as well. So customer friendly. This will keep me buying from toyota.

My experience was nice. My car was unable to crank last Sunday. I brought the car key to be sure that the issue may not be that the car battery is dead. The technician checked and they said that everything was fine.

A plastic panel on the inside of the hatch lid popped into the trunk. I drove into Montgomery Toyota without an appointment. My service rep, Sidney, recognized me immediately and came over to greet me. She called a technician and he popped the panel into place in a jiffy. They are dedicated to making me feel welcome and valued as a customer
